Choose the trail pace that fits your calendar. All programmes follow the same five-waypoint map with facilitator-led sessions and capstone requirements.
From $2,195 CAD + HST
Our signature programme walks the full waypoint map with weekly Bank Street sessions. Includes pair practice blocks, asynchronous assignment review, and a capstone trail demo presented to facilitators and peers.
Graduates receive a trail completion certificate, six months of resource access, and invitation to seasonal alumni waypoints. Next cohort begins August 2026.
From $1,750 CAD + HST
Five consecutive weekends covering waypoints 02 through 05 for learners with prior orientation or equivalent experience. Saturday sessions run 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. with structured pair practice each afternoon.
Ideal for public-sector professionals and hybrid workers who cannot attend weekday programmes.
$175 CAD per session
Optional one-to-one coaching waypoints for trail participants who want extra support on capstone preparation, proposal refinement, or workflow debugging. Booked in bundles of three for priority scheduling.

We map the waypoint curriculum to your organisation's tools and client context. Delivered on Bank Street or at your Ottawa-area office for teams of five to twenty-five. Includes pre-trail assessment and executive summary reporting.
