These Terms govern earnaipath.one and programmes offered by Earn AI Path (BN 828901234ON0001), Bank Street, Ottawa, ON. Use of the site or enrolment constitutes acceptance.
Vocational training in AI-assisted income skills via trail programmes and supplementary services. We are not financial advisors, lawyers, or employment agents.
Participants must be 18+ and able to contract under Ontario law.
Prices in CAD plus applicable tax. Enrolment confirmed on payment or approved plan. Missed instalments may suspend access.
Cancel 7+ days before start: full refund minus $125 admin fee. Within 7 days: 50% refund. After start: no refund except exceptional circumstances at our discretion.
Respectful participation required. Harassment or material sharing outside cohort may result in removal without refund.
Curriculum remains our property. Participants receive a limited personal-use licence. Your original work remains yours.
No guaranteed income or clients. Tools change; we update materials periodically.
Liability limited to fees paid for the programme giving rise to the claim, to the extent permitted by Ontario law.
You indemnify us against claims from your post-programme work violating third-party rights or these Terms.
Governed by our Privacy Policy.
No scraping or security interference. Content is copyrighted.
Ontario courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
